Seahawks vs. Cardinals Week 4 Prediction
NFC West rivals clash in Arizona on Sunday when the Seahawks visit the Cardinals at 4:05 p.m. ET. Laying 5 points as a road favorite, will the Seahawks rebound from their loss to the Saints last week or will Kyler Murray keep the Cards in the game?

Public Betting Trends
According to our NFL Football Public Betting Chart page, the Seahawks are receiving 64% of the betting tickets from online sportsbooks.
Seattle Seahawks Fantasy Spin
Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Rashaad Penny (questionable, hamstring) has “a good chance” to return this week. Penny is still a game-time decision, but this gives some hope he could play. Even if he’s active, he’s likely not going to have much of a role at less than 100 percent. The Seahawks aren’t giving up on Chris Carson after his early-season fumbles, but Penny’s presence would put some heat on his snaps.
Arizona Cardinals Fantasy Spin
Cardinals WR Damiere Byrd (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 4. Christian Kirk and Larry Fitzgerald are locked in as Kyler Murray’s top-two targets, but Byrd was playing well ahead of anyone else inside of this 4-WR offense. Michael Crabtree is out of the picture, so look for KeeSean Johnson, Trent Sherfield and Andy Isabella to rotate as the outside WRs for Sunday’s matchup against the Seahawks. Each are thin plays with the majority of Murray’s targets expected to flow through Kirk and Fitz.
NFL Betting Trends
Seattle
The Seahawks are 4-1-1 against the spread in their last six road games versus the Cardinals but are 0-4-1 against the number in their last five games versus Arizona overall.
Arizona
The underdog is 7-0-1 against the spread in the last eight meetings between these two teams but the home side is just 1-7-1 against the number in the last nine meetings.
Prediction
I like backing Russell Wilson when Seattle is coming off a loss. Since taking Wilson in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Seahawks have covered at nearly a 70-percent clip (23-10-2) after losing their previous game. Only the Vikings at 33-14-1 against the spread are better than the Seahawks over that span when coming off a loss. In division games on the road, that mark for Wilson and Seattle is 4-2-1. The Cardinals have a young, exciting offense but their defense is terrible and the unit will once again be without cornerback Patrick Peterson (suspension). Plus, for as exciting as Murray can be, he’s coming off a turnover-plagued performance and this Cardinals offense still has issues when it gets inside the red zone.
NFL Week 4 Prediction: Seattle Seahawks -5
