TENNESSEE: The Titans earned their first win of the year last Sunday against Detroit, even though they tried to give the game away multiple times. Jake Locker completed 29-of-42 passes for 378 yards and two touchdowns in Tennessee’s 44-41 victory over the Lions, who forced overtime by completing a Hail Mary pass at the end of the game. Locker also led the team in rushing with 35 yards on four carries, and Nate Washington caught three passes for 112 yards with one incredible touchdown.

HOUSTON: The Texans are now one of only three unbeaten teams in the NFL after they hung on to a 31-25 win over the Broncos in Denver last Sunday. Matt Schaub completed 17-of-30 passes for 290 yards and four touchdowns, while Arian Foster rushed for 105 yards on 25 carries and Kevin Walter led the team in receiving with three catches for 73 yards and a score. Despite allowing 14 points in the fourth quarter, Houston’s defense was once again stingy in the victory.

ODDS: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Texans are 12-point favorites over the Titans, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 45 points. The Titans enter this game with a straight up record of 1-2 and are 1-2 against the spread, while the Texans are 3-0 straight up and 3-0 ATS.
