Bears vs. Cowboys Pick
Will Sunday night’s matchup between the Bears and Cowboys fall under the total when the two teams meet at 8:30PM ET in Dallas?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cowboys are 7.5-point home favorites versus the Bears after opening as a 5.5-point favorite. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 44.5 points after opening at 45 at most sports books.
CHICAGO: The Bears are now 0-2 after falling 23-14 as a 5.5-point underdog in Houston in Week 1 and then 29-14 to the Eagles as a 3-point favorite on Monday night. Jay Cutler was 12-of-17 for 157 yards and an interception before giving way to Brian Hoyer (9-of-12, 78 yards) following a thumb injury. That thumb injury, by the way, will likely keep Cutler out for Sunday night’s game in Dallas.
DALLAS: The Cowboys are now 1-1 after beating the Redskins in Washington 27-23 as a 3.5-point underdog last Sunday. Dak Prescott was 22-of-30 for 292 yards with one rushing touchdowns and no interceptions. Dez Bryant had a big game, catching 7-of-12 targets for 102 yards while Cole Beasley hauled in five passes for 75 yards.

OUR PICK: With Hoyer set to start for Chicago, the Bears’ offense is unlikely to get back on track this Sunday night. And even though the Bears’ defense hasn’t looked great in the first two weeks, it’s doubtful that the Cowboys rack up enough points to push the score over either. The under is 4-1 in the Cowboys’ last five games versus a team with a losing record and 5-2 in their last seven games.
