Bengals vs. Browns Week 2 Prediction
AFC North rivals clash in the second installment of Thursday Night Football when the Browns host the Bengals at 8:20 p.m. ET tonight. Listed as a 6-point home favorite, is Cleveland laying too many points?

NFL Week 2
Cincinnati Bengals DFS Spin
A.J. Green caught 5-of-9 targets for 51 yards in the Bengals’ Week 1 loss to the Chargers. Green led the Bengals in all receiving categories, including target share (25%). It didn’t necessarily translate to a big box score because of tight coverage from the Chargers’ stacked corner group, but it’s a good sign that Green will be in the mix for WR3 numbers moving forward. Green also had a touchdown grab called back because of offensive pass interference. Next week Green will face a Browns’ secondary that dealt with injuries in Week 1, making him an upside WR3/4.
Cleveland Browns DFS Spin
Jarvis Landry (hip) is questionable for Thursday night’s Week 2 game against the Bengals. Landry picked up a “DNP” Tuesday but was back in “limited” action Wednesday, putting him on track for Thursday night. Still, the DNP gives us some pause. We’ll have to keep an eye on inactives before kickoff. If active, Landry will be a rock-solid WR2 after going 5-61 on six targets against Baltimore in Week 1.
Thursday Night Football Betting Prediction
Joe Burrow completed 23-of-36 passes for 193 yards and one interception in his NFL debut last week, although he did score a rushing touchdown in the loss to the Chargers. The No. 1 overall pick will need some time to adjust from playing at LSU to now facing NFL defenses, so I don’t expect him to light it up tonight in Cleveland. The Browns faced a legitimate Super Bowl contender int eh Ravens last week on the road, so it’s not surprising that Baker Mayfield and Co. struggled. Given the Bengals’ lack of cohesion on offense and their lack of overall talent on defense, I see a rebound performance for the Browns tonight as they cover the six and win by double-digits.
