HOUSTON, TX (The Spread) – The Indianapolis Colts look for a 2-0 start at home this Sunday when they host the Miami Dolphins at 1PM ET on CBS.

Indianapolis is 1-0 on the season, 1-0 at home and 0-1 against the spread. Miami is 1-0 overall, 1-0 on the road and 1-0 against the spread. Indianapolis has won four straight over Miami.

Trends show that the Dolphins are 6-1 against the spread in their last 7 trips to Indianapolis and the underdog is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings between these two. The two teams have also hit the over in 5 of their last 7 meetings.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Indianapolis is a slight favorite at home, as the Dolphins have odds of -3 points against the Colts. The over/under total for the game has been set at 42.5 points (View Matchup). The opening odds for this game had the Colts favored by 3.5 points. The spread dropped to 2.5 for a while before moving up to the Colts -3. The over/under total opened at 42.5 points and moved to 43 for a short time before moving back to 42.5.

The Colts opened the season with a 21-17 win at home over the Raiders. Indianapolis had just 274 yards of offense in the win and allowed the Raiders to rack up 374 yards, but managed to win thanks to two key turnovers from Oakland. Andrew Luck threw for just 178 yards, but did so on 18 of 23 passing with two touchdowns. Reggie Wayne still had a nice game, catching eight passes for 96 yards and one touchdown.

The Dolphins started the season with a 23-10 win over the Browns on the road. Miami held Cleveland to just 274 total yards while picking up six sacks and three turnovers in the process. The defense was led by Cameron Wake, who had 2.5 sacks, while Dimitri Patterson had two interceptions. Offensively, Ryan Tannehill threw for 272 yards and a touchdown on 24 of 38 passing while Brian Hartline caught nine passes for 114 yards and a score.

In terms of Injuries, Miami cornerback Will Davis is questionable with a toe injury while cornerback Jamar Taylor is questionable with a groin injury. Indianapolis tight end Dwayne Allen is questionable with a hip injury while linebacker Jerrell Freeman is questionable due to a quad issue.
