Baltimore averaged just 22.3 points per game last season on offense, but the Ravens saw some improvement from quarterback Joe Flacco. Flacco was in his third season as quarterback of the team last season and threw for 3,622 yards and 25 touchdowns while posting just 10 interceptions. Baltimore held opponents to 16.9 points and 318.9 yards per game, including just 93.9 rushing yards per contest.
Pittsburgh averaged 23.4 points and 345.3 yards per game in 2010. The Steelers had a steady offense, led by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Big Ben threw for 3,200 yards and 17 touchdowns in just 12 games last season. The Steelers had the top defense in the NFL last season, holding opponents to just 14.5 points and 276.8 yards per game. They had the top rushing defense, as the Steelers held teams to just 62.8 rushing yards per game.
In terms of Injuries, Pittsburgh cornerback Bryant McFadden is questionable for the game with a hamstring injury while Baltimore receiver Lee Evans is questionable for the game with a foot injury.
