Pack at Titans Preview

The Green Bay Packers have looked like a machine so far in preseason. They’ll take on the Tennessee Titans at LP Field at 8:00PM ET on Thursday night.

Bet Packers at Titans

Last week Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes in Green Bay’s 44-37 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The Packers were 3.5-point underdogs and easily covered the spread. The over covered the 41.5 total.

The Titans were defeated 23-17 by the Browns last week in a pick’em. The over/under was set at 40, so the over posted.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com have made the Titans 3.5-point favorites over the Packers. The over/under total has been established at 36.

With both teams already being set with starters at most positions, neither the Titans nor the Packers are expected to play any of their top players. Expect Rodgers to get minimum snaps, the same with Kerry Collins and Chris Johnson of the Titans. Green Bay may play their defensive starters longer than teams usually do in their final preseason game because they’re switching to the 3-4 this year and could use the extra snaps.
