Fins at Saints Preview
Two undefeated teams meet at the Superdome on Thursday night at 8:00PM as the New Orleans Saints host the Miami Dolphins.
In Week 3 last week, Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington threw a touchdown pass to lead Miami to a 10-6 win over the Buccaneers. The game was a pick so the Dolphins earned the ATS win, while the under 37 covered.
The Saints absolutely hammered the Raiders last week, 45-7 in Oakland. With the win, New Orleans easily covered the 2.5-point spread to improve to 3-0 in the preseason. The over 42 covered in that matchup.
Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have made the Saints 3-point home favorites against the Dolphins. The over/under total has been established at 36.5.
Don’t expect either team to play their starters very long, if at all. Both the Dolphins and Saints have playoff aspirations this year and will certainly save their top players. Outside of maybe a series or to, New Orleans won’t play quarterback Drew Brees much.
