The Browns have split the starts between Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson, and both are expected to play extended minutes on Saturday. A starter has not been named, but in last week’s 27-10 win over Detroit, Anderson was 8-for-13 passing for 130 yards and one interception. Quinn threw for just 29 yards on 3-of-5 passing. Braylon Edwards caught one pass for 34 yards in the win while rookie running back James Davis rushed for 116 yards with an 81-yard touchdown run.

The Titans are coming off a 30-10 loss to Dallas last week. Vince Young took a step backwards in his progression for the Titans, throwing for 33 yards on 3-of-9 passing with an interception for a 5.6 quarterback rating. Kerry Collins faired better, throwing for 55 yards on 8-of-11 passing with one touchdown. Rookie running back Javon Ringer led the Titans in rushing with 33 yards on five carries.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL have made this game even. The over/under total for this game has been set at 37.5.

Trends favor the Titans in this one as they are 12-0 with the over on the road after a Sunday loss. Cleveland is 1-9 against the spread after a double-digit win.

With this being the third preseason game, the starters on both teams will likely play the entire first half. The Browns were in an offensive funk prior to facing the Lions, so it is hard to know whether the Cleveland offense is emerging or if they just had a good night against a bad defense. The Titans defense is certainly a grade above Detroit, which should give the Browns some trouble.
