Orton threw three interceptions in his first game with Denver, throwing for 89 yards on 9-of-16 passing in a 17-16 loss to San Francisco. Orton’s teammate Chris Simms, had a better night, throwing for 142 yards and two touchdowns on 11-of-17 passing. Rookie Knowshon Moreno carried the ball three times for 18 yards while Peyton Hillis rushed for 49 yards on 10 carries.

Free-agent signing T.J. Houshmandzadeh caught one pass for five yards. The Seahawks found out this week that cornerstone offensive lineman, Walter Jones, may miss the entire 2009-10 season after having his second knee surgery in eight months.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made the Seahawks 3-point favorites in this contest. The over/under total has been set at 36.5.
