According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bucs are 2.5-point home favorites over the Dolphins, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 37 points. Both of these teams dropped their preseason openers a week ago, as Miami fell in Atlanta and Tampa Bay was beaten by Jacksonville.

Although the Dolphins were beaten in Week 1, starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill and the first-string offense was sharp. Tannehill completed 6-of-6 passes for 62 yards and a touchdown on the opening drive. His best throw was on a Rishard Matthews seam route that netted 36 yards, while the touchdown came on a 6-yard toss to Brandon Gibson.

The Bucs, meanwhile, weren't as sharp. Josh McCown completed 2-of-4 passes for 20 yards and threw a pick-six versus the Jags. The biggest issue for Tampa Bay was the fact that the offensive line had issues with pass protection. Doug Martin only rushed three times for six yards as the interior of the O-line failed to open many holes.

NFL Preseason Free Pick: Take Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers should put together a better performance at home this week and pick up their first preseason victory of 2014.
