According to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com, Blake Griffin of the Clippers is a pick’em against the Packers for points scored on Sunday, February 6. Blake, who averages 22.6 points per game, is taking on the Heat that day.
Griffin is also involved in two other props, including whether or not he’ll have more rebounds than the combined number of points between the Packers and Steelers in the second quarter, and whether or not he’ll have more points and rebounds than Green Bay receiver Jordy Nelson will have receiving yards. Nelson is a 3.5-point favorite in that prop.
The Miami Heat have a couple of Super Bowl 45 props. They’re 29.5-point favorites over Rashard Mendenhall in terms of total point scored on Sunday versus Mendenhall’s rushing yards. LeBron James is also a 7.5-point favorite over the Steelers in terms of how many points he’ll score versus how many points Pittsburgh will score. Finally, Dwyane Wade is a 3.5-point favorite over Aaron Rodgers in terms of Wade’s points scored versus Rodgers’ completions.
In college basketball, the Big Ten is 40.5-point favorites over the Packers in terms of total points versus Green Bay’s net yards. There are six Big Ten teams (three games) that play on Sunday, so it might be a blowout if the Packers’ offense gets shutdown by the Steelers’ defense. Of course, you are getting 40.5 points with the Packers.
In the NHL, Alexander Ovechkin of the Capitals is a 0.5-point underdog against the Steelers and Packers in terms of shots on goal versus total number of sacks. Ovechkin is also a 0.5-point favorite over Aaron Rodgers in terms of points scored versus number of total interceptions thrown by Rodgers.
In golf, Lee Westwood is a 14.5-point favorite over James Starks in terms of Westwood’s fourth round score versus total number of rushing and receiving yards for Starks. Phil Mickelson is also an 8.5-point underdog against Greg Jennings in terms of fourth round score versus receiving yards.
