LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) - Following a crazy wild card weekend, let's check out the point spreads for the four Divisional round matchups in the NFL.
The first matchup of the NFL Divisional Round will take place in Seattle at 4:35PM ET when the top-seeded Seahawks host the sixth-seeded Saints. Oddsmakers have established Seattle as an 8-point home favorite while the over/under total is currently sitting at 47.5 points. New Orleans advanced to the second round after beating the Eagles 26-24 as a 3-point road underdog last Saturday.
Following one of the best comebacks in NFL playoff history, the Colts will hit the road on Saturday night when they take on the Patriots at 8:15PM ET. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bodava.lv, the Patriots are 7.5-point favorites over the Colts, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 53 points. Indianapolis erased a 28-point second half deficit in the wild card round to beat the Chiefs 45-44 as a 1.5-point home underdog. The combined score sailed over the total of 48.
The first matchup on Sunday will be a rematch of a Week 10 meeting in San Francisco when the Panthers host the 49ers at 1:05PM ET. The game is currently a pick'em at most online and Vegas sports books while the total has opened at 43.5 points. San Francisco edged out Green Bay in the wild card round, beating the Packers 23-20 as a 3-point road favorite.
The final game on Sunday will take place in Denver when Peyton Manning and the Broncos host the Chargers at 4:40PM ET. San Diego shocked Cincinnati in the wild card round by beating the Bengals 27-10 as a 6.5-point road underdog. Despite the impressive win, as well as a victory over Denver in Week 15, the Chargers are a 10-point road underdog versus the Broncos on Sunday. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 54.5 points.
