FAIRBORN, Ohio (AP) -Ohio State defensive end Nathan Williams pleaded not guilty Tuesday to shoplifting shirts at a Dayton-area mall.
Williams entered his plea through his attorney. The freshman was arrested last Wednesday after being accused of shoplifting three shirts valued at $80 from the Macy's department store.
If convicted of the first-degree misdemeanor, Williams could face up to six months in jail.
