STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy kicked junior receiver Jeremy Broadway off the football team for breaking team rules.
Broadway was formerly a starter for the Cowboys, but caught only two passes this season for 118 yards, including a 95-yard touchdown reception against Iowa State that was the longest pass play in school history.
Broadway had 13 receptions for 125 yards last season, when he started eight games, but he was passed on the depth chart by DeMarcus Conner and Bo Bowling this season.
The 13th-ranked Cowboys play No. 15 Oregon in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 30 in San Diego.
