COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) - Referee Matt Loeffler injured his right leg in the second quarter Saturday night in Texas A&M's game against Missouri.
It was unclear how Loeffler was injured. He went to the ground after a play and trainers from both Texas A&M and Missouri checked him out before helping him to his feet.
He was helped off the field without putting any weight on his leg. He went to a chair on A&M's sideline where medical personnel continued to tend to him.
No other details of his injury were immediately available.
