STANFORD, Calif. (AP) -UCLA free safety Rahim Moore, the nation’s leader in interceptions and passes defended, has left the Bruins’ game against Stanford with an apparent shoulder injury after making a late hit.
Moore was called for a personal foul penalty on the play for hitting Cardinal tight end Coby Fleener after a pass from Andrew Luck sailed way over Fleener’s head at the 13:09 mark of the second quarter.
It looked as if Moore, a sophomore with five interceptions and nine passes defended, jarred his left shoulder when he hit Fleener.
