BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) -Indiana defensive end Greg Middleton and three other players were reinstated by Hoosiers coach Bill Lynch on Tuesday after they served a one-game suspension for disciplinary reasons.
Middleton, the nation’s sacks leader last season with 16, is expected to play Saturday against Murray State but Lynch didn’t say whether he would start.
“With Ryan Marando, Jammie Kirlew and Middleton, we feel like we’ve really got three good defensive ends and they’re all going to be in the rotation,” Lynch said.
The other suspended players were tight end Troy Wagner, safety Brandon Mosley and defensive end Kyle Kozak, the only freshman in the group.
