LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -Louisville wide receiver Scott Long will be out indefinitely after breaking a bone in his foot.
Coach Steve Kragthorpe says Long will have surgery in the next couple of days, but there is no timetable for his return. Long was hurt during a non-contact drill.
Long, a junior, is one of the more experienced wide receivers on the roster. He caught 27 passes last season, averaging 13.3 yards per catch.
