SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) – Notre Dame guard Trevor Robinson says the difference between where the Irish are this year in fall camp compared to a year ago is striking.
Robinson, who has 27 starts for the Irish during his career, describes the offensive line as a cohesive unit that has continued to grow since Brian Kelly took over as head coach.
The offensive front is considered one of Notre Dame’s biggest strengths with four starters returning in Robinson, center Braxston Cave and tackles Zack Martin and Taylor Dever. The lone vacancy is at left guard where Chris Stewart, who played while attending law school last season, has used up his eligibility.
