NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -This year's football game between Oklahoma and Texas Tech has been rescheduled for Nov. 22.
The game had originally been scheduled for Nov. 15, but was moved because of the Big 12 Conference's television package, the schools said Tuesday. Oklahoma had been scheduled to have a bye week on Nov. 22.
The Sooners now will have open dates on Sept. 20 and Nov. 15. Oklahoma will open its season on Aug. 30 at home against Tennessee-Chattanooga.
Texas Tech's game against Baylor, originally scheduled for Nov. 22, will be played on Nov. 29 in Lubbock, Texas. It will be the first time the Red Raiders have played after Thanksgiving since 2004.
The Red Raiders will have open dates on Sept. 27 and Nov. 15. Texas Tech's opener against Eastern Washington will be Aug. 30 at home.
