ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) -The University of Michigan has scheduled a news conference Tuesday to discuss the NCAA investigation into its football program.
The NCAA has been looking into allegations raised last fall that players exceeded NCAA limits when it came to practice and football-related activities.
The news conference is expected to include university President Mary Sue Coleman, incoming athletic director David Brandon and coach Rich Rodriguez.
Michigan finished 5-7 in 2009, Rodriguez’s second season in charge of the Wolverines.
