BOSTON (AP) -Don Yanowsky has resigned as Boston College’s tight ends and special teams coach.
Yanowsky held that position the past two seasons under coach Jeff Jagodzinski, who was fired after serving two seasons of his five-year contract.
Yanowsky is the third coach to leave the staff since former defensive coordinator Frank Spaziani was hired as Jagodzinski’s successor.
Jack Bicknell Jr. resigned as assistant head coach and offensive line coach and became assistant offensive line coach with the New York Giants. Steve Logan resigned as offensive coordinator and was replaced by Gary Tranquill.
Yanowsky, who was an assistant under Logan at East Carolina in 2006, resigned Tuesday to pursue other career opportunities, the school said.
