College Football Week 15 Vegas Odds
The College Football Season has reached Championship Week for Week 15. Here’s a look at what the Las Vegas Oddsmakers think of this week’s contests.
The featured game of the week is the SEC Championship Game on Saturday at 4PM ET in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The game features a pair of potential playoff squads with No. 2 LSU facing No. 4 Georgia. According to the latest oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, LSU is opening as a 7-point favorite against Georgia in this game. LSU was 12-0 during the regular season while going 8-0 in the SEC. Georgia is 11-1 on the year and 7-1 in the SEC. These two didn’t meet this season, but LSU has won three of the last four encounters while going 3-0-1 against the spread in those four games. These two have hit the over in their last three meetings.
Another featured game this week is the Big 12 Championship Game features two teams hoping to sneak into the fourth spot in the playoffs. The game will take place on Saturday at Noon ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as has No. 7 Oklahoma taking on No. 9 Baylor. Oddsmakers from the MGM Mirage have Oklahoma as the clear favorite in this one, as the Sooners are getting odds of -8.5 points against Baylor. These two are both 11-1 on the season and 8-1 in the Big 12. The Bears were 8-4 against the spread and 6-6 with the over/under while Oklahoma was 5-7 ATS and 6-5-1 with the under. These two met on Nov. 16 at Baylor, with Oklahoma getting a 34-31 victory. The Bears actually led 28-3 in the first half. The Sooners have won five straight in this series, going 3-2 against the spread in those five games.
