Ohio State is 11-0 this season, 7-0 in the Big Ten and 7-0 at home. This is the final game of the season for the Buckeyes as they serve a 1-year postseason ban. Michigan is 8-3 overall, 6-1 in the Big Ten and 2-3 on the road. The Buckeyes are 6-5 against the spread this season while the Wolverines are 5-6 ATS. Michigan snapped a seven-game losing streak to Ohio State last year with a 40-34 victory in Ann Arbor.

Trends show that Michigan has failed to cover the spread in its last five meetings with Ohio State and is just 1-4 ATS in its last 5 trips to Columbus. These two teams have combined to hit the over in 5 of their last 7 meetings at Ohio State.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Ohio State is the favorite to win this game, as the Buckeyes have odds of -3.5 points against Michigan. The over/under total has been set at 54.5 points (View Matchup). The opening odds for this game had Michigan favored by 5 points. The spread never got higher than that and is currently at its low with Ohio State favored by 3.5 points.

Ohio State is coming off a 21-4 win at Wisconsin last week in overtime. The Buckeyes have had four wins this year come by 7 points or less. OSU comes into this game averaging 38.2 points per game on offense while the defense is allowing just 23 points per contest. Ohio State is being led by quarterback Braxton Miller, who has thrown for 1,850 yards and 14 touchdowns while rushing for 1,214 yards and 13 scores.

Michigan is coming off a 42-17 win over Iowa last week at home. The Wolverines have won three straight since losing, 23-9, at Nebraska. Michigan is scoring 30.8 points per game this year while the defense is allowing just 18.1 points per contest. The team has a dynamic quarterback in Denard Robinson, who has thrown for 1,319 yards and rushed for 1,044 yards this season. But, Robinson hasn’t played QB the last three games for Michigan. Devin Gardner has stepped in for an injured Robinson and thrown for 834 yards and seven scores in three wins. Last week, Michigan inserted Robinson as a running back and receiver to work with Gardner in the backfield.
