BOULDER, CO (The Spread) – No. 25 USC hopes to keep up its winning ways on Saturday when it hits the road to face Colorado at 9:30PM ET on the Pac-12 Network.

USC is 8-3 overall, 5-2 in the Pac-12, 3-2 on the road and 6-5 against the spread. Colorado is 4-6 overall, 1-6 in the Pac-12, 3-2 at home and 5-5 against the spread. USC has won its last four meetings with Colorado.

Trends show that USC has covered the spread in three straight meetings with Colorado and the Buffaloes are just 5-10 against the spread in their last 15 home games. These two have hit the under in three of their last four meetings.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, USC is favored on the road, as the Trojans have odds of -22.5 points at Colorado on Saturday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 54 points (View Matchup). The opening odds for this game had USC favored by 21.5 points. The spread quickly moved its way up to 22.5 points. The over/under total hasn’t changed since opening at 54 points.

USC is coming off a 20-17 win over Stanford at home last week. The Trojans have now won four straight and are 5-1 under interim coach Ed Orgeron. The Trojans are allowing just 19.4 points per game on defense while posting 28.2 points per game on offense. Quarterback Cody Kessler has thrown for 2,265 yards and 13 touchdowns to lead the offense, while Tre Madden has rushed for 682 yards and three scores. Nelson Agholor has added 44 receptions for 751 yards and three touchdowns.

Colorado is coming off a 41-24 win over Cal last week. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Buffaloes. Colorado is now averaging 25.9 points per game on offense while giving up 38.8 points per game defensively. Sefo Liufau has thrown for 1,350 passing yards and eight touchdowns in limited action this season. Receiver Paul Richardson has 71 receptions for 1,201 yards and nine touchdowns, while Christian Powell has added 509 rushing yards and three scores.

In terms of Injuries, USC running back Silas Redd (knee) and cornerback Anthony Brown (knee) are both questionable for the game. Colorado fullback Clay Jones (neck) and defensive back Parker Orms (neck) are both questionable as well.
