The home team has won each of the last two meetings between these two teams with TCU winning 28-21 in double overtime last season in Fort Worth. Baylor enters the week as one of five Power 5 teams, joining Arizona State, Maryland, Minnesota and West Virginia, who has yet to play a team ranked in the AP top-25. The Bears are scheduled to face their first ranked opponent November 12 when they travel to Norman to take on Oklahoma.
Baylor is 17-2 in its last 19 games against unranked opponents while ranking itself and both losses came against Texas both in 2015 and 2016. TCU, meanwhile, has won seven games against ranked opponents since 2014, which is the most among Big 12 teams and the fifth-most in the FBS.

OUR PREDICTION: The last three meetings between these teams have been decided by a total of 13 points, with Baylor winning two of the three games. TCU’s win came last season and will now look for consecutive wins in the series for the first time since winning three straight from 2006-10. The Horned Frogs might not accomplish that feat but they will cover. This matchup usually produces wild finishes and today in Waco should be no different.
