Georgia to give Lane Kiffin his first SEC victory as a head coach.

Gators win with Tebow
LSU was getting 7.5 points at home when it hosted No. 1 Florida on Saturday. 61 percent of public bets went with the Tigers to cover, but Tim Tebow did just enough to lead the Gators to a 13-3 victory over the LSU. It was
Florida’s defense that really led the way to the victory, as it held LSU to just 162 yards of offense, including just 96 yards passing. Tebow finished with 134 yards and a touchdown passing.
Buckeyes wins and cover
OhioState was giving up 16 points at home to
Wisconsin on Saturday. 76 percent of public bets went with the Badgers +16 on the road, but
OhioState narrowly covered, winning 31-13. The Badgers had chances to score, but two key interceptions by quarterback Scott Tolzien ended those scoring chances and allowed
OhioState to cover the spread.
Auburn falls in top 25 debut
Auburn had just cracked into the top 25 last week and was giving up 2 points on the road at
Arkansas. 68 percent of public bets liked the Tigers to win by more than two, but
Auburn was not up to the challenge, as
Arkansas racked up 495 yards of offense to beat the Tigers 44-23. Ryan Mallett threw for 274 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for a touchdown as well to lead the Razorbacks.
