Defensively, FSU only gave up 325 total yards, but they did give up 259 yards through the air to the Wolfpack. Running back Chris Thompson rushed for 141 yards on 25 carries to lead Florida State. He suffered an ankle injury in the game but is expected to play this week.

Boston College has struggled this year, getting off to a 1-4 start. The Eagles have had three of their four losses come by 9 points or less. For the year, Boston College is allowing 29 points per game while scoring 28.2 points per contest. The Eagles have a strong passing attack, led by quarterback Chase Rettig, who has thrown for 1,526 yards and 10 TDs this season.
