Iowa has quickly become a Big Ten contender, but on Saturday the Hawkeyes will have to fend off a
Michigan team fighting for survival in the conference race.

State. The Wolverines were playing on the road for the first time in the loss and were held to just 28 yards rushing as a team. Tate Forcier has thrown for 894 yards and nine touchdowns as a true freshman, while Carlos Brown has led the
Michigan running game with 336 yards and three scores.
Michigan ranks second in the Big Ten in rushing yards and points scored, but defensively, the Wolverines rank near the bottom of the conference in passing yards and rushing yards allowed.
