Wyoming vs. TCU Odds
After a two-game road trip, No. 5 TCU returns home on Saturday in Week 6 of the 2010 College Football Season as the Horned Frogs host Wyoming at 3:30PM ET.
TCU is 5-0 on the year and 1-0 in the Mountain West while Wyoming is 2-3 overall and 0-1 in conference play. This game will be played at Amon G. Carter Stadium. Wyoming last beat the Horned Frogs in 2007.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook BroburySports.com have made TCU as 34-point favorite at home against Wyoming. The over/under has been set at 49.5.
The opening point spread odds had TCU as a 34.5-point favorite at home. The odds have been as high as 35 and as low as 33.5 before setting in at 34. The over/under started at 50 and has since fallen back to 49.5.
TCU is averaging 41 points and 462.4 yards per game this season while allowing just 12.4 points and 238 yards per game on defense. Andy Dalton is leading the team with 907 passing yards and 223 rushing yards for a total of nine touchdowns. Ed Wesley has rushed for 497 yards and six touchdowns on the year as well.
The Cowboys are struggling on offense, posting just 15 points and 250.6 yards per game. Defensively, Wyoming is giving up 28 points and 448 yards per game this season, including a total of 1,202 rushing yards through five games. Austyn Carta-Samuels has thrown for 803 yards to lead the Cowboys but he has five interceptions to just four touchdowns.
Trends favor Wyoming in this contest as the Cowboys are 8-0 against the spread in the last eight road games and 5-1 ATS in their last six games as an underdog. TCU is just 2-5 ATS in their last seven as a favorite.
The lone injury TCU has listed is safety Tyler Luttrell, who is questionable with a hamstring injury. Wyoming has a pair of players out for the season with injuries, but nobody that has their status unknown for Saturday.
This game has had over 4,000 public bets and the public is backing TCU. The Horned Frogs have 66% of the bets -34 against Wyoming.
