TUSCALOOSA, AL (The Spread) – No. 1 Alabama looks to continue its winning ways on Saturday when it hosts Colorado State at 7PM ET on ESPN2.

Alabama is 2-0 on the season, 1-1 against the spread and playing in its home opener. Colorado State is 1-2 on the season, 0-1 on the road and 2-1 against the spread. These two have no recent meetings.

Alabama is coming off a hard-fought 49-42 win over Texas A&M on the road last Saturday. The Crimson Tide struggled defensively, allowing 628 total yards to the Aggies, but the offense had a strong showing, racking up 568 total yards. Quarterback A.J. McCarron went 20 of 29 passing for 334 yards and four touchdowns while T.J. Yeldon rushed for 149 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries.

Colorado State started the season 0-2 and then bounced back with a 34-17 win over Cal Poly last Saturday at home. The Rams are averaging 29.3 points per game on offense and also allowing 29.3 points per game on defense. Quarterback Garrett Grayson has led the offense thus far, throwing for 606 yards and four touchdowns while running back Chris Nwoke has rushed for 236 yards and a touchdown.

In terms of Injuries, Alabama running back Alvin Kamara (knee) and defensive lineman Wilson Love (concussion) are both questionable for the game. Colorado State receiver Charless Lovett (knee) is also questionable for Saturday.
