No. 8 Ohio State is looking to defend the honor of the Big Ten Conference when it hosts No. 3 USC at 8PM ET on Saturday from Ohio Stadium.

Bet USC at Ohio State

The Buckeyes are looking to avenge a 35-3 at USC last season. Ohio State only put up 207 yards of offense and turned the ball over three times in the loss. This season, the Buckeyes are hoping Terrelle Pryor has matured enough to lead Ohio State to a victory. Pryor threw for 174 yards on 14-of-21 passing with a touchdown and rushed for 30 yards and a touchdown in Ohio State’s narrow 31-27 win over Navy last weekend. The Buckeyes amassed 363 yards of offense in the win, with Dan Herron rushing for 72 yards to lead Ohio State’s ground attack. Ohio State did force three turnovers on defense, but needed a two-point interception return for a touchdown on a two-point conversion to avoid an embarrassing loss in the season opener.

The Trojans rolled over San Jose State by a score of 56-3 in their season opener. USC amassed 620 yards of offense and allowed just 121 on defense. Matt Barkley threw for 233 yards and one touchdown on 15-of-19 passing in his USC debut as a true freshman. Joe McKnight rushed for 145 yards and two scores while the defense forced two turnovers and had five sacks. In the 2008 win over the Buckeyes, McKnight had 105 yards rushing on just 12 carries while the defense had five sacks and forced three turnovers of Ohio State.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL have made USC 7-point road favorites over Ohio State on Saturday night. The over/under total for this game has been established at 45.5.
