The Oregon Ducks suffered a rough loss last week when it fell 27-21 against Auburn after leading for most of the game. The Ducks failed to cover as a 4-point underdog while going under the 55-point total.
The Ducks held a 14-3 lead on Auburn and pushed that to 21-6 in the second half before Auburn rallied for the win. The Tigers scored the game-winning touchdown in the final 10 seconds. Oregon had just 332 yards of offense in the loss while Auburn had 383 total yards and 206 rushing yards. Nevada gave up 519 yards to Purdue and had just 404 yards of their own, but still managed the victory. However, the Wolf Pack created five turnovers. College Football Betting Trends
Oregon
The Ducks are just 1-4 ATS in their last five against MWC opponents and 1-5 ATS in their last six non-conference games.
Nevada
Nevada is 6-2 ATS in its last eight against a losing team, but just 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games.
Prediction:
Nevada was able to pull off a big upset last week thanks to creating five turnovers. That’s not something you can rely on each week. Purdue put up over 500 yards on the Wolf Pack on their home turf, so I would suspect Oregon will move the ball with ease at home tonight. The Ducks should be plenty motivated after the tough loss last week. Oregon needs to make a statement with the rest of its non-conference games if it still has playoff aspirations.
