ACC Atlantic Division Odds
(TheSpread) – The ACC Atlantic Division looks as if it will be a battle between two teams. Here is a look at the odds to win this year’s division title.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, both Clemson and Florida State are the favorites to win the ACC Atlantic, as each has odds of +100 to prevail. Other short odds to win are Maryland and Syracuse, as each has odds of +2500 to win.
Clemson has won the division title twice in program history. Its last title came in 2011. The Tigers were 11-2 last season and return 13 starters from that team, led by quarterback Tajh Boyd.
Florida State is the defending Atlantic Division champion, and the Seminoles have won the division title three times. Florida State went 12-2 last season and return 12 starters from a year ago.
Maryland has never won the division title in program history. The Terrapins went 4-8 last season and is just 6-18 under coach Randy Edsall. Maryland has 14 starters back from the 2012 team.
Syracuse is making its ACC debut this season and will do so with a new coach in Scott Shafer. The Orange had a strong finish to the Big East, going 8-5 last season. This year’s team returns 14 starters from that squad.
