Dent was suspended by the school Monday. Police said a female friend of Dent went to a club and then McDonald's with him Saturday night. After they returned to his apartment, she decided to sleep there, telling police she had done it before without problems. She says after she fell asleep, Dent repeatedly tried to kiss her while she told him to stop. She says he then tried to sexually assault her before she fought him off and fled.

Dent's attorney did not return a call to his office Monday. The 23-year-old Dent has been released on $15,000 bail.
