Missouri suspends top WR
COLUMBIA, MO (TheSpread) – On Monday it was announced that Missouri wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham has been suspended from the team.

Green-Beckham was cited for a violation of team policies as the reason for the suspension, but no timetable was given for his return. The team stated that the suspension begins immediately and includes practices and team events.
The receiver was arrested three months ago on suspicion of drug activity and was also cited with marijuana possession in 2012. In his 2013 season, as a sophomore, Green-Beckham had 59 receptions for 883 yards and 12 touchdowns to help lead Missouri to the SEC Championship Game.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Missouri has been given 50/1 odds to win the 2015 FBS Championship Game. Florida State is the current favorite with 4/1 odds, while Alabama has 6/1 odds.
The Tigers will open the 2014 season on Saturday, August 30 when they host South Dakota State at a time to be announced.
