MSU is making its ninth Final Four appearance and looking to reach its fourth national title game. Duke is appearing in its 16th Final Four and seeking its 11th appearance in the championship game. These two met early this season with Duke getting an 81-71 win on a neutral floor.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Duke is the favorite in this contest, as the Blue Devils are getting odds of -5.5 points against Michigan State. The over/under total for the game has been set 138 points. This game will be played from the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Michigan State is the lone non-top seed in the Final Four. The Spartans were the No. 7 seed in the East Region, getting past Georgia, Virginia, Oklahoma and Louisville to reach this stage. Duke was the top seed in the South Region and the Blue Devils had a rather easy time on the way to the Final Four. The Blue Devils beat Robert Morris, San Diego State, Utah and Gonzaga to reach this point. Duke also covered the spread in all four games while now going 8-1 ATS in its last nine. Duke has hit the under in six straight games.
