These two last met in 2013 with MSU getting an 87-76 win at home.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Michigan State is the slim favorite in this game, as the Spartans are getting odds of -1.5 points against Oklahoma tonight. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 135 points. This game will be played from the Carrier Dome in Syracuse.

Oklahoma defeated Albany 69-60 to start the NCAA Tournament and then the Sooners bested Dayton, 72-66. Oklahoma has won seven of its last nine games straight up, but the Sooners are just 2-8 against the spread in their last 10. Oklahoma has been trending toward the under, hitting it in five of their last seven games.
