Tuesday's NIT Odds


NEW YORK (TheSpread) – The 2012 NIT Tournament is down to its Final Four on Tuesday night. Here is a look at the odds at the two semifinals games.

Both games on Tuesday take place from Madison Square Garden, and the first game on the night has Stanford facing off with UMass at 7PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, Stanford is a 2.5-point favorite in this game, while the over/under total has been set at 150 points. Stanford is 24-11 on the season and 2-2 on a neutral floor while UMass is 25-11 overall and 2-3 on a neutral floor. The Minutemen are 19-13 against the spread this season while Stanford is 17-15 ATS. These two have no recent meetings to consider.

The second game of the night has Washington taking on Minnesota at 9PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, Washington is a 1-point favorite over Minnesota, while the over/under total has been set at 143 points. Minnesota is 22-14 on the season and 3-2 on a neutral floor while Washington is 24-10 overall and 0-3 on a neutral court. Minnesota is 19-13-1 against the spread on the season while Washington is 17-15 ATS. These two have no recent meetings but Minnesota has covered the spread in its last seven games.
