(TheSpread) – The West Region has seen the most upsets of any region. Here is an updated look at the odds to win this region.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Ohio State is favored, as it has 1/1 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Arizona (2/1), Wichita State (13/4) and La Salle (9/1).

Ohio State is the No. 2 seed in the region. The Buckeyes defeated Iona and Iowa State to reach this point. Aaron Craft hit a 3-pointer in the final second against Iowa State to give the Buckeyes a 78-75 win. Ohio State has reached 11 Final Fours in program history, including last season.

Arizona is the sixth seed in the region. The Wildcats defeated Belmont and Harvard by a combined 40 points to reach the Sweet 16. Arizona has reached the Final Four four times, with the last appearance coming in 2001.

Wichita State is the ninth seed in the region. It defeated Pittsburgh, 73-55, then beat top-seeded Gonzaga, 76-70, to reach the Sweet 16. The Shockers reached the Final Four once in program history, back in 1965.

La Salle is the 13th seed in the region. It won a play-in game on Wednesday, then beat Kansas State, 63-61, before beating Ole Miss, 76-74, in order to reach the regional semifinal. The Explorers have reached the Final Four twice in program history, last doing so in 1955.
