(TheSpread) – The West Region features four strong and high-seeded teams. Here is an updated look at the odds to reach the Final Four out of this region.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Arizona is still the favorite to reach the Final Four, as it has 1/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Wisconsin (11/4), Baylor (5/1) and San Diego State (5/1).

Arizona is the top seed in the region. The Wildcats defeated No. 16 Weber State 68-59 and then defeated No. 8 Gonzaga 84-61. Arizona has reached the Final Four four times in program history, the last appearance coming in 2001.

Wisconsin is the No. 2 seed. The Badgers defeated No. 15 American, 75-35, and then went on to beat No. 7 Oregon 85-77. Wisconsin has only reached the Final Four two times in program history, with the last appearance coming in 2000.

Baylor is the No. 6 seed. The Bears beat No. 11 Nebraska 74-60 and then rolled past No. 3 Creighton, 85-55. Baylor has reached the Final Four twice, with the last time coming back in 1950.

San Diego State is the No. 4 seed in the region. The Aztecs defeated No. 13 New Mexico State 73-69 and then beat No. 12 North Dakota State 63-44. San Diego State has never reached the Final Four.
