DAYTON, OH (TheSpread) – Indiana looks to reach the Sweet 16 on Sunday when it faces Temple at 2:45PM ET in the NCAA Tournament.

This game will be played from University of Dayton Arena in Dayton, Ohio and is part of the East Region with Indiana as the top seed and Temple is the ninth seed (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Indiana is the favorite in this game, as the Hoosiers have odds of -11.5 points against Temple. The over/under total for this game has been set at 148 points. Opening odds for this game had Indiana favored by 12 points. The spread hasn’t changed since dropping to 11.5. These two last met in 2004 with Temple picking up a 59-50 victory.

Indiana is coming off an 83-62 victory over James Madison to reach the third round of the tournament. The Hoosiers shot the ball very well, going 29 of 55 from the field while dishing out 17 assists in the victory. Five different players scored in double figures, led by Yogi Ferrell, who had 16 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Indiana is now 28-6 on the season, 4-2 on a neutral floor and 17-14-1 against the spread.

Temple reached Sunday’s game by beating N.C. State, 76-72, on Friday. Temple allowed the Wolfpack to shoot 29 of 52 from the floor, but the Owls did a good job of being aggressive on offense and getting to the foul line. Temple shot 33 free throws in the win and also hit seven 3-pointers as a team. Khalif Wyatt had 31 points and five assists to lead the Owls in the victory. Temple is 24-9 on the season now. The Owls are also 2-2 on a neutral floor and 15-16 against the spread.
