SAN JOSE, CA (TheSpread) – Saint Louis is looking to make it to its first Sweet 16 since 1957 on Saturday when it faces Oregon at 7:10PM ET in the NCAA Tournament.

This game will be played from HP Pavilion in San Jose, California and is part of the Midwest Region with Saint Louis as the fourth seed and Oregon as the 12th seed. (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Saint Louis is favored in this contest, as the Billikens have odds of -3.5 points against the Ducks. The over/under total has been set at 123.5 points. The opening odds also had Saint Louis favored by 3.5 points. The spread hit a peak of 4 points before falling back to 3.5.   

Saint Louis advanced to Thursday’s game by picking up a 66-44 win over New Mexico State on Thursday. The Billikens forced the Aggies into 16 turnovers while holding them to 17 of 61 shooting from the field and 2 of 16 shooting from 3-point land. Offensively, Saint Louis was led by Dwayne Evans, who had 24 points and six rebounds. The Billikens are now 28-6 on the season, 5-1 on a neutral floor and 22-10 against the spread.

Oregon earned a spot in Saturday’s game by pulling off a 68-55 victory over the fifth-seeded Oklahoma State Cowboys. Oregon didn’t have its best game, shooting just 23 of 59 from the floor and committing 18 turnovers, but the Ducks did pull down 14 offensive rebounds and hit eight 3-pointers. Arsalan Kazemi had 11 points and 17 rebounds to lead Oregon on the night. Oregon is now 27-8 on the season, 4-1 on a neutral floor and 14-18-1 against the spread.
