SALT LAKE CITY, UT (The Spread) - After a shaky second round performance, Gonzaga will look for a better effort when it takes on Wichita State at 8:40PM ET tonight.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Gonzaga is 6.5-point favorites versus Wichita State, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 129 points. The Shockers enter play with a 27-8 overall record and are 6-1 on neutral site games, while the Bulldogs are 32-2 overall and a perfect 7-0 on neutral floors this season.

Gonzaga opened as a 7-point favorite over Wichita State, but the spread has been bet down to 6.5 at most sports books, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 129 after opening at 130. The Shockers were 16-14-2 against the spread in lined games this season, while the Bulldogs were 17-13-2 against the number.

The Bulldogs are 12-3-1 against the spread in their last 16 games following an ATS loss, 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games versus a team with a win percentage above .600, and 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games versus a team with a winning straight up record. They’re also 10-4 ATS in their lat 14 neutral site games but 2-6 ATS in their last eight games on Saturday.

The over is 4-1 in the Shockers’ last five games overall, 4-1 in their last five neutral site games, and 7-3 in their last 10 non-conference games. But on the flip side, the under is 4-0 in the Bulldogs’ last four neutral site games, 4-1 in their last five non-conference games and 42-15-2 in their last 59 games overall.
