Oklahoma went 23-9 during the season and got an at-large bid out of the Big 12. North Dakota State has a 25-6 record and was the champion in the Summit League. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Oklahoma is the slight favorite, as the Sooners have odds of -3.5 points against North Dakota State.
