Updated South Region Odds
(TheSpread) – The South Region of the NCAA Tournament features top-seeded Kentucky. Here is a look at their odds to win their region with four teams remaning.
Kentucky is the top overall seed and the No. 1 seed in the South. The Wildcats have beaten Western Kentucky 81-66 and Iowa State 87-71. Kentucky has reached the Final Four 14 times, the last of which came in 2011.
Baylor is the No. 3 seed. The Bears last made the Final Four once, back in 1950. The Bears beat UNLV 68-64 in the opening round and then defeated Colorado 80-63.
Indiana is the No. 4 seed in the region. The Hoosiers beat New Mexico State 79-66 in the second round of the tournament and then beat VCU 63-61. Indiana did beat Kentucky earlier this season. Indiana reached the Final Four last in 2002 and the Hoosiers have been there eight times in program history.
Xavier is a No. 10 seed in the region. The Musketeers beat Notre Dame 67-63 to start its tournament run and then topped Lehigh 70-58. Xavier has never reached the Final Four.
