(TheSpread) – The East Region of the 2012 NCAA Tournament has three of the top 4 seeds remaining. Here is a look at the odds for the remaining teams.

According to oddsmakers, Ohio State is the favorite to win this region with 1/1 odds while Syracuse has 9/5 odds. Other odds are Wisconsin (9/2) and Cincinnati (15/2).

Ohio State is the No. 2 seed in this region. The Buckeyes have made the Final Four 10 times in program history, the last time coming in 2007. Ohio State beat Loyola (MD) 78-59 to start the tournament and then beat Gonzaga 73-66.

Syracuse is the top seed in the region. The Orange have made the Final Four four times in program history, the last coming in 2003. Syracuse beat UNC Asheville 72-65 to start its tournament run and then beat Kansas State 72-59.

Wisconsin is the No. 4 seed in the East. The Badgers have advanced to the Final Four twice, the last of which came in 2000. Wisconsin beat Montana 73-49 in the second round and then topped Vanderbilt 60-57 to reach the Sweet Sixteen.

Cincinnati is the No. 6 seed in this region. The Bearcats beat Texas 65-59 and Florida State 62-56 to reach the regional semifinals. Cincinnati has reached the Final Four six times, the last of which came in 1992.
