BROOKLYN, NY (TheSpread) – The 2013 Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament begins play on Thursday. Here is a look at the odds to win this tournament.

This Tournament is a 12-team single elimination tournament in standard format, where the top four seeds have a bye into the quarterfinals. Each game is played at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY and the tournament runs from March 14-17. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, VCU is the favorite to win, as it has 9/5 odds. The other short odds to win are Saint Louis (2/1) and Temple (13/2).

VCU is the No. 2 seed in the tournament and was 12-4 in the A-10 and 24-7 overall. VCU is new to this league, so it has never won the league tournament.

Saint Louis is the No. 1 seed in the tournament, going 13-3 in conference play and 24-6 overall. Saint Louis has never won this tournament.

Temple is the No. 3 seed in the tournament. The Owls went 11-5 in conference play and 24-7 overall. Temple has won this tournament nine times, more than any other team. The last championship won in 2010.
