EL PASO, TX (TheSpread) – Which team will come out on top of the Conference USA Tournament this week? Here is a look at the odds to win the title.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Louisiana Tech is the favorite to win, as it has odds of +125. Other short odds to win are UTEP (+400), Middle Tennessee (+450) and Tulsa (+450).

This is a 15-team tournament that has three opening round games. The top four seeds have byes into the quarters while the 5-8 seeds have a bye into the second round. All the games are held at the Don Haskins Center and games begin on Tuesday with the title game on Saturday. Charlotte comes in as the only team in this tournament to have previously won it, all of the other previous winners have moved to difference conferences.

Louisiana Tech has the top seed through tiebreakers as it was one of four teams to go 13-3 in conference play. Tech was 25-6 on the season.

UTEP is the No. 5 seed. It went 12-4 in conference play and is 22-9 overall.

Middle Tennessee is the No. 3 seed. It went 13-3 in CUSA play and is 23-8 on the season.

Tulsa is the No. 2 seed. The Golden Hurricanes were also 13-3 in conference play and are 18-12 on the season.
